How hard is furniture to assemble?
Friends have told us that they put together a chair in an hour or less.
All
furniture
comes with necessary hardware and directions and requires only simple
tools.
Do you charge sales tax?
We are required to collect sales tax only on products sold in Virginia.
What about backordered products?
We do our best to keep track of our inventory, and in most cases,
products
that are
backordered (not in stock) are marked as such or have the buy button
deactivated
on our product description pages. Sometimes, however, on occasion we
may
run out
of an item. If you do order a backordered item that has not been
flagged
on our
Website, we will do our best to notify you. If an item is
backordered,
for more than
2, or 3, business days we will try our best to contact you to see if
you
can wait, or
make other arrangements.
Are there any extra fees?
No hidden or add-on fees. The price displayed at checkout is the
price you pay. There are no extra fees.
Will the A4 Adirondack Chairs send an
order confirmation e-mail?
Yes, PalPal will send an order confirmation at the conclusion
of
your
online transaction. We will send you a confirmation within 24 hours. In the case
of oversize items (too large for UPS) we contact you, requesting a daytime phone number.
This necessary so that the road freight carrier can arrange your delivery.

Our Warranty
A4 Adirondack Chairs wants you to be completely satisfied with your
purchase.
Please notify us within 15 days to return or report any damage (see
Return
Policy).
Returns Policy
We value you as our customer, and want your shopping experience at our
site
to be
a pleasant one. Our policy on returns is simple. If a product you
purchased
from us
is not to your satisfaction, you have 15 days from the date you receive
it
to have it
returned for a refund. If you should ever encounter a missing or
damaged
part
involved with your order, contact us within 15 days. Although
unpleasant
events
such as these are rare, please know that we will always do our best to
accommodate
you.
Returns Procedure
We will try to make returning products through A4 Adirondack Chairs as
easy
as possible. If you decide to return an item, simply e-mail us at
contact@a4-adirondackchairs.com to get a Return Authorization (RA) label. When
you
have
this, repackage your product in the original box, affix the RA label to
the
box, and
ship your product to the address provided on the label. No returns will
be
accepted
without an RA label. All packages must be shipped prior to the
expiration
date on
the RA label. Once our distributor receives the item, we'll issue you a
full
refund.
We will cover the cost of return shipping if the item is damaged,
defective,
or not
what you originally ordered. All returns must be sent via a courier of
our
choosing.
Remember, all returned products must be in their original boxes and in
like-new
condition to qualify for a refund. Any accompanying manuals, hardware or
accessories must be returned with the product as well. There may be a restocking
fee at the discretion of the manufacturer.
